Contracts are clear and simple, signed via Adobe Echosign, from wherever you are. Consistently solid advice and exemplary service levels have allowed us to retain landlords over multiple tenancies and tenants frequently move between our managed properties. Landlords and buyers become vendors over the years, and many landlords come back to us to source further properties.
Having worked through both ‘boom and bust’ periods, we have experienced the peaks and pitfalls of the property market. Working in an increasingly expensive area of coverage, we have also been early adopters of the shared ownership ideal. We complement our open market sales and lettings market services with shared ownership sales and affordable rent instructions from some of the South’s leading Housing Associations. We’ve sold and resold hundreds of shared ownership properties worth in excess of half a billion pounds for housing associations and individuals alike.
