This includes our comfortable and friendly shop front office in a prime high street location, bespoke designed website and marketing materials, a maintained database of prospective applicants, major portal advertising and specifically directed mail shots through to accurate property particulars with professional quality photos and strong relationships with investors.
  2. VIEWINGS AND OFFERS Viewings are advised to vendors where feedback is given. Wherever possible, interest and subsequent offers are relayed openly and speedily and advice is offered to best achieve your aims. Competing offers are dealt with professionally and with great success.
  1. SUCCESSFUL SALES PROGRESSION Surveys show people believe the estate agents job stops at the point the offer is agreed. However, with 1/3 of all UK agreed sales falling through before a legally binding contract is made, ‘running’ the sale with knowledge and experience is essential. Your sale will not be left with a ‘sales progression team’, or some other title for a junior admin person, but will be retained by senior staff. Urban Moves does not let someone run your sale unless they have bought or sold their own property. Typically, your sale will be run by a Director with an impressive level of experience at an industry level.
