Easy online referencing forms, an Adobe Echosign account allowing for all paperwork to be completed and signed electronically from your desk, online banking and a custodial DPS account safely holding your deposit throughout your tenancy.
  1. TENANCY MANAGEMENT Once resident in the property ‘maintenance’ is the watchword that comes up time and time again. Clear maintenance reporting procedures, promptly acknowledged, and a talented and proactive ‘In House’ maintenance man allow for problems to be swiftly and effectively diagnosed. General issues are dealt with directly and more technical issues reported accurately to one of our panel of trusted contractors.
  2. STAYING ON OR MOVING ON? Extensions are clearly negotiated and are offered without additional fees and charges. When it is time for you to move on, Notices are dealt with promptly and perhaps most importantly, efficient and accurate checkouts allowing us to swiftly return deposits. Urban Moves have never had a deposit return disputed through any legal channels or even via the deposit protection laws prescribed arbitration systems.


Your Details



All tenancies require a minimum one month’s rent in advance and a Deposit equivalent to six weeks rent (held in the custodial DPS on all our managed tenancies). In addition, the following costs apply…
