Our Costs

All tenancies require a minimum one month’s rent in advance and a Deposit equivalent to six weeks rent (held in the custodial DPS on all our managed tenancies). In addition, the following costs apply:

  • 1 Bed Property                   £190.00
  • 2 Bed Property                   £210.00
  • 3 Bed Property                   £240.00
  • Larger Properties              + £30 per bedroom

Inventories and Check In/Check Outs are completed by an independent third party company.

NO CHECK-OUT CHARGES at the end of your tenancy

NO RENEWAL CHARGES for standard periodic renewals

All fees listed are inclusive of VAT.

Change of occupier during the tenancy will incur an administration fee of £125. New/additional tenants subject to references a t above price.  If we are required to arrange end of tenancy cleaning, replacement of bulbs or repairs at the end of the tenancy on your behalf an administration charge of £54 will be raised in addition to the cost of the job. Costs for any Ad Hoc charges for additional jobs or services throughout the tenancy will be advised in advance of provision or upon confirmation of responsibility for the same.
